Bushwalking

Ereluk is a bushwalker's dream. Our property borders the Nitmiluk National Park, giving guests access to untouched areas previously restricted from public visits. Explore several creeks, two of which flow until mid-July, and follow them through the escarpment to discover Aboriginal art, old mine diggings, and the breathtaking Australian bush.
 

Swimming

Our creeks, when flowing, feature deep swimming holes that are among the most picturesque and safest natural swimming spots. The water, fed by rain running off the escarpment or natural springs, is clear, cool, and free of crocodiles, ensuring a safe and refreshing swim.
 

Bird Watching

Bird enthusiasts will be thrilled with our diverse avian population. Spot small Kingfishers, Blue-winged Kookaburras, Black Cockatoos, Falcons, Eagles, and Finches. Notably, the Gouldian Finch nests on our property. This species, now rare, thrives in our tropical savanna woodland, offering a unique birdwatching experience.
 

Bike Riding

Take a thrilling ride on our 10km loop track, which showcases the stunning terrain of Ereluk. With both small and large hills, adventurers can enjoy downhill slopes and explore the property's diverse features. A shorter 5km ride leads to the Nitmiluk Tourist Centre, where you can access specially built mountain bike trails. Learn more about mountain biking at Nitmiluk National Park.
 

Relaxation

Unwind and soak in the serenity of Ereluk. Whether camping at the base of the escarpment or along a riverbank, you'll enjoy the soothing sounds of water trickling over ironstone rocks. Our campground is perfect for relaxation, offering awe-inspiring views and unparalleled stargazing opportunities at night.
